Thumann's smooth and delicious Bologna is made from the finest, leanest cuts of meat and then blended with just the right spices. There's no MSG, no artificial coloring and it's processed using lower salt levels than most other brands. Thumann's Bologna is available in a variety of styles and sizes and simply must be tasted. Thumann's Liverwurst, a delicatessen favorite, is available in smoked, natural and white, or yellow cellophane casing. Thumann's also carries other old world favorites such as Ham Bologna and Cooked Salami
